I'm a young'n in New York City, college student, 19. But I've been here longer than a lot of the current residents. Passionate about things that are worth passion. I love books, art, music, the facets of other cultures. I am a Skinhead at heart, don't forget that. I don't use my posts to attack anyone, I use them to voice my opinion. My opinion may not be nice, but that does not mean I'm attacking anyone personally, that's not my place.

questionableadvice:

~ 1911 Bureau of Fisheries postervia The Foundation for the National Archives“Somebody ate … 43,000,000 pounds of carp. Therefore the carp must be good to eat.”

I feel like they’re lecturing me for not eating enough carp…
Like in the second to last paragraph: “Europeans know how to cook it.” I feel like the USBF is really trying to say that Americans are just being lazy, we should really be following the lead our older brothers and learn to make carp properly, or at least do the dishes once in a while.
Also, the first sentence led me to think that the DOC was trying to preach the doctrine of The Carp to me.
