On the topic of Nicki Minaj
She is currently my favorite American pop-star. It’s pretty rare for me to like pop-stars at all, and almost everyone I know is shocked that Nicki’s the only one I like right now. But let me tell you why I like her.
She’s a good rap-artist. She can spit quickly, she has a wide vocabulary, she doesn’t hold anything back.
She legit does not care what people think. She really does what she wants, not in the typical “oh yeah, I’m a wild woman, now where’s my warm milk and baby blanket so I can have my eight hours of sleep” way of half the pop-stars or the “i’m holier than thou, now let me go do a pound of blow and fuck a baseball team’s worth of men in half an hour” of the other half.
She wears amazing costumes and makeup. Like, she rocks lipstick that I’ve owned for a year but can barely wear out of the house (i.e. LimeCrime’s Oh No She Didn’t blue lipstick).
She’s a Sagittarius and it shows CONSTANTLY, and I feed off of other Sagittarius’ excited energy.
Her song Stupid Hoe is probably the best example of what it’s like to be a Sagittarius. Not going to lie.
I don’t know, I guess under all the synthetic wigs and shit, she just seems like a real person in a way the rest of them never will. All other pop-stars are just some Stepford Wives robotic shit.
